We will only share your information as necessary to carry out actions taken by you through the Service. For instance, when you place a voice call through the Service, we will have to provide information like the number from which you are placing the call to other services in order to complete the call. As another example, when you send an email through the Service, we will have to provide the necessary information to other carriers to complete delivery of the email.
Cooperation with and Reports to Law Enforcement
We may be required to provide certain records to law enforcement and regulatory bodies either as a result of an official request or as required by applicable law.
Third Party Data Collection
Payment Processing
When you create an account with us to use the Service, your payment information is provided directly to one of our third party payment processors. We never receive your credit card, debit card, or banking information. Each such third party payment processor has its own Privacy Policy and Terms of Use and is not governed by this Policy or our Terms of Use. When you make a purchase, you are submitting your data directly to one of such third party payment processors. As such, prior to submitting your data, you will need to review the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use for the relevant third party payment processor to learn about their data collection and retention policies.
